Delete Your Account

We understand if you want to delete your Sales Caller account. This page explains how to request account deletion and what data will be removed.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Sales Caller account, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@sales-caller.com from your registered email address
  2. Include "Delete Account" in the subject line
  3. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Note: Sales Caller only stores your email and password for authentication purposes. All other data (contacts, call notes, call history) is stored locally on your device, not on our servers.

Local Data on Your Device

Please note that Sales Caller stores contact lists, call notes, and call history locally on your device. This data will remain on your device until you uninstall the app. To completely remove all data:

  1. Request account deletion using the email above
  2. Uninstall the Sales Caller app from your device
